Cancellation policy
At XGRIDS, certain items may be offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy purchases. This policy explains how these purchase types work and how you can change or cancel them.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive recurring deliveries based on the duration and frequency you select at checkout. (i) Your payment method will be stored securely, and you will be charged accordingly for each delivery, unless paid in advance. (ii) Some subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of each term. You may opt out of auto-renewal at any time. (iii) To cancel or modify your subscription, use the link provided in your order confirmation email or contact us directly. (iv) Cancellations apply to future shipments only and do not affect orders already processed or shipped.

Pre-Orders
Pre-orders allow you to reserve upcoming or temporarily out-of-stock items. (i) You may be charged a deposit, full amount, or nothing at the time of purchase depending on the product listing. (ii) Once the item becomes available, we will fulfill your order and charge any remaining balance. (iii) You may cancel a pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, the order becomes subject to our standard return and refund terms.

Try Before You Buy
With eligible try-before-you-buy items, we will authorize your payment method before shipping the product, but not charge you immediately. (i) You’ll have a designated trial period (as specified on the product page) to evaluate the item. (ii) If you decide to keep it, no further action is required — your payment method will be charged automatically once the trial period ends. (iii) If you choose to return the item, you must initiate a return request before the trial expires, and the item must meet the return conditions outlined in our Return Policy.
If the item is not returned in time or in eligible condition, your card will be charged for the full amount.
