Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with XGRIDS. We are committed to delivering your order safely and efficiently. Please review the following shipping policy before placing your order.
1. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship to U.S. territories, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
For international orders, please contact your local authorized distributor or XGRIDS official support at xgrids_tech_support@xgrids.com to inquire about availability in your region.
2. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Processing time may be longer during holidays, high-demand periods, or for pre-order items.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
3. Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We currently offer shipping via UPS and USPS.
Estimated delivery times (after dispatch):
• Standard Shipping (USPS or UPS Ground): 5–7 business days
• Expedited Shipping (UPS 2nd Day Air): 2–3 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, logistics delays, or other unforeseen events. Please refer to the carrier for the exact delivery time.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
• The weight and dimensions of your order
• Destination address
• Selected shipping method
You will see a detailed breakdown of shipping charges before completing your purchase.
5. Risk of Loss & Title
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Incoterms 2020 Origin. This means that title and risk of loss for items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
XGRIDS is not responsible for delays, damage, or loss caused by third-party shipping providers after handover. If you experience an issue with your delivery, please contact the carrier directly using the tracking information provided.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
Please inspect your package upon delivery. If your item is damaged or lost in transit, contact us within 3 business days of delivery (or estimated delivery date) at xgrids_tech_support@xgrids.com with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the packaging and product
• A description of the issue
We will assist you in determining next steps, including possible replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Warranty Policy.
7. Failed Deliveries & Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. XGRIDS is not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to delivery failure, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees.
